Maramag Municipal Hall
Dubbed as the “Malacanang Palace” in Bukidnon, the new Maramag
Municipal Hall which started its construction in 2001 covers a total
land area of five (5) hectares. This grandiose edifice houses the local
government offices of Maramag and some national government offices
(DTI, BIR, and COA).

Pulangi IV Hydroelectric Plant
Located at Kiuntod, Barangay Camp 1, Maramag, Pulangi IV Hydroelectric
Plant of the National Power Corporation (NPC) operates with a capacity
of 255 megawatts, contributing 25% of Mindanao’s power needs. It works
in an Integrated Management System of ISO 9001; 2000 Quality Management
System (QMS), ISO 14001; 2004 Environmental Management System (EMS) and
OHSAS 18001; and 1999 Occupational Hazard and Safety Management System
(OHSMS). NPC is responsible in the management and development of 40,772
hectares within the immediate vicinities of Pulangui 4 Hydroelectric
Power Plant as the whole reservation is under the administrative
jurisdiction of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources.
Busco Sugar Milling Co., Inc.
The first sugar mill in the province of Bukidnon and the second in
Mindanao, Bukidnon Sugar Milling Co., Inc., (BUSCO) was erected in
Butong, Quezon, Bukidnon sometime in 1975 with a capacity of 4000 TCD.
BUSCO now operates with a rated capacity of 18,000 tons of cane daily
(TCD). It the largest mill/refinery in the Philippines in terms of
sugar produced per seasonal crop. It also has the largest refinery in
the Southern Philippines, with an estimated capacity of one third its
milling capacity. The refinery runs on a fully automated environment
with systems installed by Siemens. BUSCO's production depends on the
cane produced by the farms in Bukidnon; and, it is the biggest
contributor in trade and industry in the province producing raw and
refined sugar which is presently sold domestically and internationally.
BUSCO caters Educational Observation Tour around the plant for students
and visitors.
Crystal Sugar Company, Inc.
With rated capacity (TCD) of 8,000, the Crystal Sugar Company, Inc.
(CSCI) has its mill site at Crystal Springs, North Poblacion, Maramag.
Maramag Agro-Commercial Center
One of the cleanest in the province, Maramag Public Market serves its
people with fresh commodities everyday. Everyone is assured of safety
for their meat, vegetables, fruits and other products. The meat sources
is from a Class A Slaughter House in the municipality which is a
National Awardee as well.
