The Provincial Scholarship Program is one of the major priority programs pursued by the Provincial Government of Bukidnon. Students whose parents are members of the Provincial Indigency Program can avail to the said program.

The project aims to provide prospective college students with excellent academic performance and better opportunities to acquire the best education from notable learning institutions. Qualified grantees under the program are given financial assistance for tuition fees, board and lodging, book, and cash allowance.

For students who do not qualify for the Provincial Scholarship Program, they are given Educational assistance in the form of financial subsidies. 

This program was created to address the needs of the youth in the province of Bukidnon. The present administration acknowledges the importance of education in improving the lives of the people. Through this program, many were given the chance for good education and continue with their quest for knowledge.  

The Scholarship program is comprised of academic courses and Technical or Vocational Education Training for non-degree courses.
