Vision:

A progressive capital and trade center of Southern Bukidnon, with united, empowered and God-centered citizenry, living in a peaceful and ecologically balanced environment.

Mission:

The Municipality of Don Carlos shall promote peace and order, encourage investments, increase agricultural production, develop and preserve the environment thru active and good governance.

Municipality of Don Carlos is politically subdivided into the following 29 barangays:

• Eight (8) Corn Buy and Sell establishments including San Miguel Corporation Buying Station
• One (1) Pineapple Plantation of 400 hectares more or less owned by SFP,Inc.
• Three (3) Commercial Banks, including one (1) government-owned and one (1) Cooperative Bank
• Five (5) Lending Institutions • Four Hundred (400) more or less business establishments (groceries/sari-sari stores, hardware & construction, motor and electronic repairs shops,etc.)
• 74% of the population is on the labor force
