Improvement of farm-to-market roads, establishment of mass housing units ,construction/rehabilitation of irrigation facilities, bringing water, electricity, transportation and telephone lines to unserved barangays.
A. Construction of Provincial Health Stations (in 15 municipalities where there are no Provincial Hospitals)
B. Construction/Expansion of Provincial Hospitals (located at Maramag, Manolo Fortich, City of Malaybalay- Bukidnon Provincial Medical Center)
- These hospitals are equipped with the modern facilities comparable to the best in the country.
- These hospitals will complement those in Kibawe, San Fernando, Kalilangan, Malitbog and Talakag.
C. Construction of School Buildings and other educational facilities

Supported through the Provincial School Board Fund and augmented by the Province’s 20% development Fund

Classroom construction for primary and elementary schools

Construction of National High School annexes

Provided fences to schools
D. Establishment of Mass Housing Units
- 29 subdivisions/project sites in the province
- 1,215 housing units
- provision of 2,883 service lots
E. Maintenance of roads and bridges (on the average of 682.39 lineal kilometres)
F. Assistance extended to different barangays for:

Electricity needs, using solar panels where feasible

Waterwork services for the barangay’s water needs
G. Construction/Renovation of public structures
