PGB Celebrated Christmas with the Dance of Yesteryears (60’s, 70’s, 80’s, 90’s) |

The Provincial Government of Bukidnon had its annual Christmas Party at the Kaamulan Open Theater last December 18, 2009. The Party was highlighted with a dance contest with the theme “PGB Dances Modern Dance of Yesteryears” featuring the dance hits from 1960’s to 1990’s. Employees of all age were able to participate in the contest since it was categorized by age bracket. (60’s : 55 above , 70’s : 45-54, 80’s : 35-44 , 90’s : 34 below)

Papal Nuncio: An Apostolic visit in Bukidnon |

Pope Benedict the XVI extends his presence by sending the Papal Nuncio for the Philippines Archbishop Edward Joseph Adams to the Province of Bukidnon. The Papal Nuncio’s three day visit in Bukidnon started November 16, 2009 where he received a Liturgical-Civic Reception at Malaybalay City Cathedral.

Ordinance No. 2009-041R (10th SP) amending Ordinance No. 2007-008R known as the tax amnesty ordinance was recently approved condoning the collection of surcharges and interest imposed upon delinquent real property taxes in the province of Bukidnon until the taxable period ending December 31, 2009.
